Dr. Ziad  puts his own personal interests aside to achieve the goal of preparing a well knowledgeable cooperative team . He t makes decisions with the potential of success of achieving the goal of improving and promoting the educational system. Dr. Ziad  inspires and motivate educators  to put more effort and enjoy success . He always focuses on doing the right thing and creates opportunities for us to enjoy work and put our interest first . He has the desire to succeed and values  values the contribution of every team member to encourage thinking beyond the obvious and identify ways to overcome any limitations.

Dr. Ziad  has a natural self-confidence and also believes that we will all succeed as long as we are accountable to our work. He helps and guide us to develop the skills needed to be good evaluator demonstrating great skills and have emotional intelligence, to raise our awareness level and do the right thing . Simply said, Dr. Ziad has all what it takes to be an inclusive leader.

The training session organized by Fahrenheit was extremely well prepared and informative. Our school will definitely benefit from Fahrenheit Education. Fahrenheit team sound experience and solid understanding of KHDA’s inspection framework.

We have just finished our first school review visit with  Fahrenheit. We are launching the  “Lead to Inspire” programme, focussed CPD and a strategic model for continuous school improvement in partnership with Fahrenheit. I was impressed by Dr. Ziad’s ability to quickly ascertain our unique school context, and areas for improvement. He was able to build a road map for the upcoming year, as well as provide practical solutions and strategies to tackle school specific challenges. 

This is just the beginning of our journey with Fahrenheit, and the level of support and professionalism in a very short time has been energizing and empowering for all on SLT.

كما كان لنصائحهم وتشجيعهم لي دورا كبيرا في إكمال دراستي العليا لأحصل على شهادة الدكتوراة التدريبية في علم النفس التطبيقي عدا عن حصولي على مجموعة كبيرة من الدورات بناء لتوصياتهم.
