Inspire 2 Teach

This is a key training course that is bespoke to your school. Consultants work with the best teachers in the school to develop their teaching so that students are making outstanding progress and at the same time develop their coaching and mentoring skills so that they can then work with other teachers in the school. It often requires a cultural change in a school and relies on teachers who want to improve their practice. The cascade effect works swiftly as teachers get fully involved in the programme. Senior leadership backing and reinforcement is essential.
