Amjad Saadah is an educator with more than 20 years of rich experience in teaching, supervisory, advisory, training, leadership and management in Jordan and the UAE. So far, he has effectively and closely worked with owners and governors in establishing two of the outstanding American schools in Dubai and Sharjah. He has also taken the lead in the reformation process of another American school in Al Ain. The fact that he has been working with prominent figures who have set the base for the UAE education system brought up an in-depth interest in him to further explore theories and success stories of  of various global education systems. Through out his journey in Education, he has witnessed the shift in the middle East from the traditional Education, where schools had been assessed by their demographics, to the modern system where success is measured against benchmarks, standards and quality indicators. Currently, Mr Amjad Saadah is rapping up all his experience in his ongoing PhD thesis in Leadership and Managment with special focus in planning, data analysis and self assessment.
