Introductions and overview of Reviewer Competency Quality Mark (RCQM) “Evaluator Certification”
Training is based on a coaching approach. All participants will have carried out evaluations and observed Co-lead Evaluators in practice. Participants may have quite different views about what should be done as a co-lead.
In practical terms, work falls into three areas: pre-, during and post-evaluation. This can form the basis for analysis of the role and training.
